Café Mama & Sons Featured in The Infatuation

We were pleased to be included in The Infatuation’s guide to London’s new restaurant openings. Their review recognised what we aim to offer: a thoughtful mix of Filipino and Japanese influences, expressed through both our savoury sandos and sweet bakes.

They highlighted our miso milk chocolate cookies, mushroom adobo, and crowd-favourite jerk chicken-stuffed sandos; all made with our signature house-baked pandesal. It was also great to see mention of our specialty drinks like ube matcha and the popular corn latte.

At the heart of the article was what we’re most proud of: showcasing flavours that are nostalgic yet inventive. One dish that embodies this perfectly is our banana ensaymada pudding, a modern take on a Filipino bakery classic; soft, custardy, and made with our fluffy ensaymada.
