Thank you to London on the Inside for spotlighting Café Mama & Sons as part of their Camden picks. Their article focuses on the foundation of what we do: reimagining the Filipino bakery experience using freshly baked pandesal, layered with flavour-forward fillings and nostalgic desserts.
They mentioned some of our signature dishes, including the corned beef and egg mayo sandos, mushroom adobo, and our banana ensaymada pudding, which continues to be one of our most talked-about menu items. It was also great to see our sweetcorn latte and ube matcha recognised, drinks that pair well with both our savoury and sweet offerings.
We opened Mama & Sons to share the depth of Filipino flavours through a more casual, modern format. It’s encouraging to see these ideas reflected in the media and recognised by the wider London food scene.
